My switch is showing as offline in IVMS

Hello everybody. Hope you have a good day.

I have DS-3E1518P-EI/M switch i want to connect to IVMS software but when i add it it shows offline

- password is correct

- no ip conflict

- my pc on the same subnet

- i did reset

- i can ping the switch from my pc

The message is

Connecting to device failed. Connection timed out. The device is offline or the network is abnormal. Check the IP address and port No.(HCNetSDK.dl|[(1.)
