Stalling after installing a aftermarket exhaust

I recently bought a full black widow exhaust for the 300L and I had the bike stall a few times on me just sitting then I got the 550 tune made a huge difference still every once in a while it will just stall has anyone else had this problem? Its not really a big deal and doesn’t concern me but wondered if others have this problem after installing a aftermarket exhaust
