How to print my own custom made proxies?

Sites like MTG Print let you easily print decks. But how can easily print my own custom made cards, which I made in sites like Card Conjurer? Or do you import the final images into Word one by one and set the exact size manually? Is there a site like MTG Print that lets you upload your own images?
