During our relationship i gained 100 pounds, the first 50 was because of comfort, the next 50 was because i was trapped in a relationship I didn't want to be in, and neither did she, and none of us wanted to admit it.

After i finally decided to break things off with her because she wasn't home for days at a time, she started openly dating someone else 6 days later.

Now it's been 1 year and 4 months since then. 

&#x200B;

Ill admit during that 1 year and 4 months, i stopped exercising and drank a bit for a couple months, and almost gave up, but I got back to it, and have been going strong.

Ive lost 110 pounds, and gained about 20 pounds of muscle.

I started at 280, to 290. 

&#x200B;

And now I am at 170.4 pounds. At five foot 9. With about 15% body fat.

It can be done, it just takes a reason, not a desire. I was starting to develop diabetes. And needed to reverse course before it was too late, being called disgusting by my ex also helped, but also made me angry for a whole year of my life.. not a good reason. But i think its that you need reasons and not desire.

My ex stopped finding me attractive, and I was heart broken
