How do I change somebody's decisions

So I can manifest most stuff fine, I just listen to subliminals overnight and go on with my day and get stuff but when it comes to my parents nothing works, I am joining university in a month and I will be finnally moving out but my parents won't let me buy new clothes or even sunscreen and lotion and daily stuff. I desperatly need money so I can buy it myself or I need them to change their mind. I feel like i can't manifest this because I have accepted my parents will never change and never understand me (they are like really toxic) but I really need this, can somebody pls give me like anything advice on what to do?
