need honest opinions - husband going to marrakesh

I need some honest opinions because I feel like I’m losing my mind.

I recently found out my husband has been going to Marrakech in lahore mm alam almost every month for a while now and never told me. I only discovered it after seeing some bank transactions.

Since then, I’ve come across a lot of talk about certain massage places there offering extra services, and now I can’t stop wondering if that’s why he’s going. I have no proof of anything, but the secrecy is really bothering me.

Would this be a red flag to you, or am I connecting dots that aren’t there? Is there any way to find out what someone is actually spending money on which services?
