Recurring nightmares about rape

I have been having recurring nightmares about rape I rarely have normal dreams it’s always nightmares and it’s causing me to lose sleep

Sometimes they are vivid, dark, and creepy, and I don't remember them, but my most clear nightmares are about rape
I have never been assaulted so it’s not a result of past trauma

Sometimes it’s a stranger doing it to me, and sometimes it’s incest which is the most recent one & it freaked me out so badly that I woke up in a cold sweat
How do I deal with this?
