Asus rog will not post past R

Have a serious issue with my asus rog strix 2024 g614 4070 16gb ddr5 i7 I think it froze about a month ago I reset it and it stays on the rog screen thats it I pulled a stick of ram and got it to post once it froze again about 5 minutes later and now it will not post past the rog screen I've done every surface level reset imaginable cannot access BIOS will not post past rog screen rgb works swapped all hardware components that are easily swappable gave it to a motherboard repair specialist he believed it to be the BIOS he replaced it with a fresh correct bios bin and it still will not post past the R it's extremely unnerving doesnt make any sense the next step the tech said was checking the super IO with an oscilloscope anyone else have helpful information?
