How bad is it?
I feel guilty about smoking weed but am I being too hard on myself?
I’ve quit for a few months here and there (during pregnancy and breastfeeding) but overall I’ve been smoking since I was in college which is now 25 years. The thing is I work, I’m a mom, I exercise daily, I have a full life with a lot of responsibilities and I only smoke in the evenings. I’d say I hit the joint 2 different smoke sesh about 3-4 times each session. My kids have no idea.
My husband thinks I’m a lot nicer when I smoke. My parents smoke and give me free joints so I don’t even have to buy weed.
I’m worried about the long term effects on my brain and lungs but don’t suffer from anything currently.
Weed is legal here so it’s everywhere and a lot of my friends smoke too.
I guess what I’m most concerned about is my health. Is smoking this amount every day enough to hurt me? Should I continue trying to quit?
