I’m an LPC 4 years into the NHSC Loan Repayment Program and have nearly eliminated my student debt — AMA

I’m a licensed professional counselor who has been participating in the National Health Service Corps (NHSC) Loan Repayment Program for 3 years, with a just-approved 4th year on the way. I came in with roughly $100,000 in student debt, have had about $70,000 taken care of through the program. I want to open myself up to spread awareness of this program as an option for those struggling with student loan debt and help clear up any misinformation about the program.
