Time(skill) ratio between high elo ranks?

I assume that ranking up in higher elo is in no way linear, and that the higher you go the slower it is.

So my question is, what are the differences between ranks and how long did it take you to get there.

Ex: Immo 3 to Rad is like Immo 1 to Immo 3 (I have no clue just an example)
