Fxfellow for forex - spreads actually 0 pips or just marketing?

Looking at fxfellow for trading major pairs. They claim spreads from 0 pips on mt4 with leverage up to 1:1000 - sounds solid but curious how it holds up in real conditions especially around nfp or cpi releases.
Anyone here trading forex with them - how's execution?
