**282lbs to 147lbs**

This still feels so unreal. It’s been very hard to accept I’ve lost this much weight. Oct 2021, I decided I had enough and became an amazon driver to shed most of my weight. Oct - May I lost 100lbs. I worked my butt off. I knew I couldn’t get myself to stay consistent in the gym so I figured the easiest way for me would be to shed it off while making money. I quit amazon late May 2022 and got into lifting Dec 2022. By 2024, I had so much muscle. I thought that lifting would tone my arms (where my loose skins makes me the most self conscious), but all it did was replace the fat I worked so hard to shed off. Around April 2025, I decided that it’s time to lose most of my muscle. All it did was make me gain and fluctuate weight in between 2023 and 2025. I became more cardio based. Now I weight less than I can even remember. Even when I was 14, I was 160lbs. I’m now smaller than middle school me. 147lbs. I’m 27 now! It’s insane to think about. It took me a very long time to accept that I am now a size medium. My mind still think i’m bigger than I actually am, due to the body dysmorphia.

But I just want to show everyone that IT IS POSSIBLE TO LOSE THE WEIGHT NATURALLY WHEN YOU HAVE THE DRIVE TO DO SO!!!

It honestly feels like such a blur. Like wow, I actually accomplished this??!!?
