Urgent: Verified Outlier Account Compromised and Unable to Access Dashboard

Hello everyone,

I'm looking for advice regarding my Outlier account.

My account was fully verified with ID and had active projects. Recently, my Gmail account was compromised through a phishing hacked. I received Google security alerts about unauthorized login attempts and attempts to change my account information.

Since then, I can no longer access my Outlier account properly. When I sign in with the same Google account, I either get redirected to create a new account or I see a blank white dashboard page.

I still have access to the original Gmail account and I have screenshots of the Google security alerts.

Has anyone experienced something similar? Were you able to recover your account? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
