Realistic and healthy timeline to moving in

I would appreciate any advice from my lesbian elders on when and how to move in with my girlfriend. I’m 23, she’s 22. i live alone, but in company housing and she lives with her parents. If we were to live together, we will have to find a new place. We’ve been dating for 6months and we’ve just been falling deeper in love. I’ve told my gf I want to live together and she’s said yes.
Some issues:

Im currently taking time off work due to burnout, so moving in will have to wait until after im able to resume working. So we’ll probably wait until early next year before searching for an apartment.

I’m not sure how to split rent, bills etc. what’s standard practice? Also I out-earn my gf by like 1.5times, so one method would be splitting bills/rent by earning ratio. Another method would be to split 50-50 but I feel like that would be hard for my gf.

is it too early to move in after a year of dating? Do you meet each other’s parents? (My parents know about my gf but haven’t met her, my gf’s mom knows about me but not her dad.)

any other practical advice or suggestions based on your experience would be appreciated!
