Lost all I have because I panicked like an idiot

Long story short -2k and nobody knows, I have told no-one and not exactly sure what to do I called my banks and the police but I'm not seeing much hope of getting my money back and I was already in debt before but was about to get out with a couple more pay checks and now I'm back at rock bottom and suicidal because I can't even afford petrol to go to work.
