Help with True Storms and Another Green Mod (AGM)

I need help

i have the following mods:

True storms: wasteland edition

Seventy - six weathers

True storms - nuka world plus far harbor add-on

Seventy six weathers & true storms compatibility patch
(...)

Another green mod with lod - dlc

AGM Climate - True storms - dlc

when i download "AGM climate - true storms - dlc" it says: it cannot be enabled since it depends on files that arent present or that have been disabled.
Am i missing something? do i need to download anything else for it to work?

Also: i already have Landscape textures overhaul by fatalIllusion, and Far object LOD improvement project - all dlc*,* will there be a problem with another green mod with LOD mod? Since they are all LOD mods?
