help me decide if i should go for a higher offer

fresh grad here, got offered a 20k basic pay but pays upto 30k monthly if u include nontaxable benefits, wfh set up

Should i negotiate for a higher basic pay offer? Or just accept the basic pay initial offer, since i get to take upto 30k gross pay

Thinking lang if it would be good for my future career offers since afaik nagbabase sila sa basic pay...wahaha tia guys
