Should I switch again or stay at current org itself?

Context:

4 YOE

Profile: AI Engineer

College: Tier 3

Previous company: Product based startup (not famous)

Current: Joined Cornerstone Ondemand 2 month ago (27 LPA fixed)

Also got an offer from a Big Investment Bank whose name starts with G, 36L fixed + 5L bonus for Core AI team.

Not sure whether to continue at the current org or switch immediately, considering how to cover this 2 month gap.

Also current company works Hybrid 3 days. They asked to come office everyday. Also heard they are toxic in work culture.

Not able to decide whether to stay or leave because the hike is quite good, and also I am a bit rusty with the DSA, its the system design that got me this far.

My long term goal is to enter Big Techs like Google, Msft, Uber etc, and I don’t have any big credible names on my resume.
