Dsu scholarship

Hi guys. My family makes good money but i have siblings and they also have education expenses so my family can set aside a certain amount of money for me. I can manage the daily expenses but tuiton fee scares me. What would my chances in this circumstances for being free from paying the tuiton fee and how does it work.
