What do you consider toxic?

Me and my friend come back to the game after a year and we’ve been having good games, but two games on the bounce we were both accused of being toxic, and had a teammate accuse the killer of being toxic,

The incident where we were accused was just because we were looping the killer and getting flashlight saves, we weren’t going out of where to antagonise the killer but it was all situational, however when he got hooked in endgame he was camped and my other friend got hooked and camped trying to save him all because “you were being toxic with a flashlight”

We then had a random teammate report the killer in the next game and become really annoyed post game because he was running to the killer trying to annoy him and ended up getting downed twice,
