Is Sphere ticket transfer currently available?

Can anyone who bought Sphere tickets on Ticketmaster confirm whether ticket transfer is currently live/available?

I bought tickets on Stubhub for a show in July, still waiting for them to be transferred by the seller, so I am curious whether ticket transfer is even open right now or if it isn't typically made available until closer to the show date. Just over here thriving under the fun risk of buying resale tickets 😄

Thanks for any insights!!
