I've always wanted to build my career in Europe and eventually settle there. I'm trying to decide between:
- Pursuing a MiM in Germany/France as a fresher after graduation, or
- Doing an MBA from a top Indian institute (if I get a good CAT percentile), working in India, and later trying to move abroad through internal transfers or a global MBA.
My concern is that I've read many posts saying MiM graduates who need visa sponsorship struggle to find jobs in Europe, especially without local language skills or prior work experience.
For someone with my profile, which path would you consider lower-risk and better for building a long-term career in Europe? Is a MiM in Germany/France a worthwhile bet while keeping in mind wanting to work outside or is the Indian MBA route safer?
