Indian Passport Renewal in USA (H-1B) Documents to upload?

I’m renewing my Indian passport from the U.S. (H-1B, New Jersey, passport expiring in May 2027).
I’ve completed the application and uploaded my photo/signature.

The portal is now asking for supporting documents.
For those who renewed recently:

What documents did you upload on Passport Seva (I-797, driver’s license, passport copy, etc.)?

Which documents did VFS require to be notarized?
How long did the process take from submission to receiving the new passport?
Any issues or lessons learned?
Looking for recent experiences from H-1B holders. Thanks!
