Since my dad died 5 years ago, I have only had one lucid dream with him

Comfort

In the dream, I was at my parents' house when a mirror broke out of nowhere. I went out to the patio and saw my dad. I immediately started crying, knowing he was dead. He asked me if I missed him, and I hugged him, crying buckets, and told him that I miss him a lot.

He looked at me and said, "Don't worry, I'm fine," smiling.

My father had died after a long illness in which he suffered a lot, so his words meant a great deal to me. Also he told me and my brother "to keep moving forward" before dying.

After he said this words, he briefly showed me where he was now, and it looked like a vast but beautiful city, basically like some kind of heaven.

I woke up and felt that my grief was no longer the same and that I was finally beginning to heal. This happened four months after his death when I was in a painful state of mourning and cried almost every day.

I never had a dream like that with him again. I felt like he was saying goodbye to me and giving me a final comfort so I could move on with my life.
