More Linux Support please Embark 🙏

As a Linux user, I beg ya'll Embark to add for us more Linux compatibility, we don't have FSR3 framgen available, and if you got older hardware from NVIDIA we are stuck with no framegen.

Or at least enable for us Optiscaler DLL's.
