Delay in dispatch of Narwal Flow in India

I ordered a Narwal flow a week back on Narwal India website. There hasn’t been any update from them on the shipment. I have tried calling them, but every-time the call drops. On email they are acknowledging but giving any concrete details. What shall I do in this case? Are there any escalation authorities who i can loop in?
