EBAY sides with criminals

Just to post my experience. On May25th ordered a power tool from ebay. User rating was 96 and I instantly started regretting it. Zero tracking sent... the window for delivery passes and i open did not receive my item claim. Seller immediately uploads tracking that shows delivery June 1st to my Zipcode at 3 pm in my mail box ( the tool is 15 lbs) and not fitting in any mailbox. I go to my USPS informed delivery since the package was USPS and confirm that tracking number never shows in my informed delivery. I screen shot that... it shows my name and mailing address plus all the packages that were actually delivered. Then go to the post office and have the post master run the tracking. She does and tells me it was sent to different address in my zip code and weighed ounces, and was never addressed to me. I immediately called customer support and uploaded those documents online. The human says he can see the package was not delivered and that I am protected. June 16th is the seller does not make it right they will step in and issue a refund. I say I provided the proof... I am not dealing with this seller. They said I have to wait until June 16th. June 16th comes and I get a notice that they are ruling in favor of the seller.... I file an appeal and talk to another human who says she sees the documents and they will be reviewed... literally 1 hour later my case is permanently closed. This is insanely maddening that EBAY is utterly freaking useless and by their incompetence encourages these activities. Just had to rant
