[Research] How can I collect data, when no one is participating?

My friends and colleagues, I have been working on collecting data for this research form for almost 5 months, and still didn't get the goal. Today, I have asked almost 100 people in the food court to participate, but only 2 actually did. I start doupting the fact that I even can do. Please help me to reach my participant goal; help your students and employees at UAEU!
