Mammoth Hot Springs accessibility question

One of the friends I’m going to Yellowstone with has some difficulty walking any long distances at all. How accessible is Mammoth Hot Springs? Is there a certain area we should target? I know we could get an accessibility map when we get into the park but I’m trying to plan ahead as much as I could. Thanks.
