Family of 4, ~500k QF points, 8 weeks in Europe mid-2027 — what actually works? (Bronze, before anyone says it)

TL;DR: Bronze, ~500k+ Qantas points, want to do Ireland → Scotland → England → France → Italy → Greece → Turkey over July–Sept 2027 with 2 little kids. I know Bronze + award seats sounds hopeless. Tell me what does work, not just that it won’t.

Quick facts:

•	Family of 4, two kids under 4 inc. lap infant so 3 seats   
•	\~500k points now, likely 600–700k by booking (pooling + card bonuses)  
•	Flexible on dates anywhere July–Sept 2027  
•	Happy to take longer routes / partner stopovers (HKG, Doha, KL etc) if it helps seats  
•	Bronze, so 297-day window

I keep reading “Bronze = forget it.” Maybe. But surely something works with this balance and full date flexibility?

What I want to know:

•	One big Oneworld Classic Reward, or several separate one-way rewards?  
•	Economy and save points, or is Premium Economy for 3 realistically bookable?  
•	Which partner routes actually release 3 seats together?

What would you do with 500k+ and this much flexibility?
