Coffee shop w/ private rooms to reserve?

Hello! I am from Madison but will be in town tomorrow near West Allis visiting family. I need somewhere with a private room, preferably a coffee shop, where I can take a few meetings. Do any exist that I could reserve out or are usually easy to snag? TIA!!
