JUST A HEADS UP

Do not buy Nilkamal furniture Wardrobes, I bought one from them on 16th May, the delivery date was 22nd May, I got the delivery only on 29th May after me following up repeatedly.

After delivery, the installation team was inexperienced and couldn’t install it properly. Took him 9 hours and then he had to come the next day to re assemble it with someone else.

After assembly, we found out that there are gaps in the panels and one hanger rod is missing.

Upon reaching out to nilkamal, they refused to send just the missing and faulty parts and instead wanted to replace the whole thing. We told them that we can only handover the old wardrobe once you have delivered the new one due to our bad delivery experience and lack of space to keep our clothes anywhere else if they take the wardrobe away.

Their team is very inexperienced and customer service is absolutely bullshit. Please do not buy their heavy furniture. Or anything for that matter.
