17yo with terrible smile lines

Hi so I'm 17 with terrible smile lines and saggy skin even my under eyes have thick lines when I rest my face like why do I have so much liens at this age

It's always been there since I was young I tried everything

it make my face so saggy and droppy

And no I wasn't fat before I've always been skinny

What can I do for them? I've heard that it's poor face development

I'd appreciate all opinions
