Help me

I am F (23), and I have been using saline enemas for over a year now. I have been somewhat able to have bowel movements, but recently, when using enemas, I have had blood that is in the bowl. I am terrified. I don't have bleeding after just during, I am going to stop using them, but am I going to die? I am so scared, I don't have insurance because I can't afford it right now. I think it is just a tear because I did have a anale fissure but I am just worried.
