backpack recommendations?

I'm having a really hard time finding a backpack that has the military/vintage/adventurer aesthetic but is genuinely WELL MADE and doesn't hurt my back, has padding, internal structure, and many pockets. I currently have a Gootium bag and it's given me back problems and the closest I've been able to find is the Herschel bags and I heard online they actually aren't very good. It doesn't have to PERFECTLY fit the specs as long as the design is in the general direction!
