My voice in Astro command is much crispier than in the actual pc. How do I change it?

Hello! I just bought the Astro A50 Gen 4 and so im pretty new to this. I have only connected the usb to pc from base station and changed the output from voice to game and vice versa to input, as well as set it to windows sonic. Those are the only things I have done so far because I don’t have the Dolby thing (I’m working to understand what even that is and what the HDMI issue ppl are talking about in forums).

Within the command centre my voice which comes through side tone is much cleaner and clear than when I hear it on windows mic test. What can I do to make them sound the same or at least have my pc mic sound less muffled? My brother’s Astro A10 has such a great mic quality in comparison to this even though it’s an older version, I’m super confused :/
