I’m in desperate need of help.

I have modded gta for the first time yesterday and while trying to download ped selector mod I tried loading up story mode to see if it worked and it crashed on the story mode loading screen. I checked YouTube,nothing.
I asked chat gpt and it was just talking a load of trash. I genuinely do not know what to do. I deleted all the mods and tried regular gta and it still wouldn’t load. I love the mods I used for an hour and if anyone could help me fix gta I would be much appreciative.
