Self inoculation?

Hello! I have extremely bad health anxiety and I’m really worried about giving myself genital herpes. I’ve had hsv1 for as long as I can remember. Occasionally I’ll use my spit as lube (when none is available), I take valtrex, and never do so during an outbreak but I’ve seen so much unclear information about whether you can give yourself genital herpes. How likely is it?? I’m experiencing burning right now and it’s scaring the fuck out of me.
