FT: Events, RNG'able Victini and Creation Trio LF:Legends

[5]
FT: Everything here and here
I have an event Victini with V-Create, and Fusion Bolt and Flare I am able to RNG to your specifications.
I can also RNG abuse any member of the shiny creation trio event.

LF: Flawless Legendaries I'm very interested in Kyogre, Rayquaza, and Mewtwo. I would also be willing to do a cross-gen trade for a flawless or nearly flawless Xerneas.

For those who don't know what RNG abuse is
*Note: The Heatran, despite the amount of checks it has, is not cloned. I obtained it myself, never traded it (except to my Black 2), and uploaded it to pokecheck recently. It is a static PID event, which explains why it has 5 checks.
