Iron remover looks like stagnant water 2 weeks after preparing the bottle??

Hi guys, two weeks ago I bought a new iron remover and prepared it on a new 1L spray bottle, I've used half bottle working but now it looks like stagnant river water (greyish translucent water, when I prepared the mix it was purple water)
