What do yall think about this Reclaimation + Librarius list?

Hey guys! Looking at this list here for my Ultra's. I want something to do with the librarian 10 intercessors from the armeggedon box, i'm gonna convert them into sterngaurd. I'm thinking it'll be quite strong. I have a rules question though, since the redeemer will be transporting titus + Wardens + bgv does it benefit from the librarian in the Wardens? So can I give it +2 move and then assault ramp charge out of it?
