Bumps on the under side of rubber stopper

Hi, I just want a quick sanity check. I just inspected my vial to make sure everything is good, and noticed two little bumps and wanted to make sure this isn't coring, and just normal things that happens when you puncture rubber with a sharp object.
I've used this vial twice now with 30g needles.
