Hi - posting again as I posted this a few days ago but I wasn't clear before that I am diagnosed OSDD with a complex trauma history, and seeking ways for one of my internal people to express herself in a (relatively) safe and (debatably) pro-social way. She's been going out at night around my town and tagging a signature with all of our initials. It's been helpful - just edgy enough (she likes the rush of danger and the idea of communicating in ways she wasn't able when I was repressing all this stuff) without landing me in the hospital as has happened twice before. I appreciate the person who warned me about talking about it online but it's a risk she's willing to take and I support her.
