Does Louis have shiny syndrome?

Is it just me or does Rossman seem to have "shiny cause" syndrome? It feels like every month there is a new cause he is fighting for. I don't have a problem with him fighting against evil corporations, but he picks so many battles and never finishes them. For example, flock AI... Whatever happened to the push against that? I haven't seen a video from him on that recently.

I know, I know, he's a busy man and can't fight every battle. But it would be nice to see him see things through to the bitter end.
