[23/M] Why do people want so much personal information?

I get wanting to have some idea of who you're talking to, but with some people it feels more like I'm at a job interview or something.

I'm just looking for a fun, silly conversation, I don't want to know your blood type, nor your bank details. You can be whoever you want to be.
