Bike Purchase Suggestion (400x,cb350 or Rtx 300)

Hey everyone, I’m planning to buy a new bike and have narrowed my options down to:

1)Triumph Scrambler 400 X
2)Honda CB350
3)TVS RTX 300

My budget is around ₹3 lakh. I’ve test-ridden both the Honda and the Triumph, and I absolutely loved the feel and character of the Triumph. However, it would mean stretching my budget a bit.
The Honda also felt very refined, comfortable, and practical. As for the TVS, I’m a little skeptical about its real-world performance and long-term ownership experience.
My primary usage will be daily commuting as well as occasional long rides and touring.
For those who have owned or ridden these bikes, would it be worth stretching my budget for the Scrambler 400 X, or would the CB350 be the more sensible choice? Any insights on the RTX 300 would also be appreciated.
