Transition from Wellbutrin to Strattera + Concerta

Medication

Curious about those of you who switched specifically from Wellbutrin to Strattera. I’m coming off of 450 MG of Wellbutrin + Prozac for 3ish years, mainly to treat anxiety and depression. This is the first I’m trying ADHD specific meds. My doctor had me taper down and then completely off meds for a week, now I’m a week into MG of Strattera and 18 of concerta.

It honestly doesn’t feel much different than being unmedicated. I found that my ADHD got a lot worse when I finished the Wellbutrin, and in the week since I started new meds nothing has changed. Also feeling more irritable From what I understand this is typical and expected. Just curious about y’all’s experiences and at what point you started feeling results.
