Faux ceramic stone for backsplash? Is this a thing?
Hi everyone. I'm looking at options for my kitchen backsplash.
I'm trying to find realistic stone veneers, but everything I see is for exterior siding, or an interior wall that's not specifically made for the porosity of an over-the-sink backsplash.
I've used slate flagstones for when I kept reptiles, and they were smooth and easy to clean. But even being as thin as they were, they were really heavy. Is there some kind of ceramic tile, that has a natural stone pattern? I'm not looking for squares or tiles, but jagged, uneven stone like fieldstone walls, colonial walls or even cyclopean stonework.
If not, is there a tile that looks like antique bricks?
Thanks.
