Should I include right foot in sports medicine referral or no?

I made a sports medicine referral on April 29 for my left ankle which has been causing me pain while active for years. There's visible and audible snapping behind the outer ankle, likely the peroneal tendons. Snapping is reproducible and doesn't require me to be bearing weight for it too happen. ATFL and CFL look to still be actively sprained (grade 1) according to my ultrasound 2 months ago. Last injury was 2 years ago.
My referral only includes my left foot and I'm not too sure if I should update it to include my right one as well which was injured a few months ago.
Basically, the visible tendon at the front of the foot that stretches to the smaller toes (Extensor Digitorum Longus tendon I think) snaps when I move my foot inward, and each time it does, the whole area aches. It's very visible, the tendon seems to shift sidways (away from body) and is audible. Can be reproduced even non-weightbearing.
I had an ultrasound done on April 24 (injury happened a month earlier) that said my right ankles ATFL is actively sprained (grade 1). Also had 2 x-rays done. First one said ankle was suspicious of a 10mm and 5mm non-displaced fracture on the lateral maleolus and second said that that ankle was fine (first results were likely a normal variation).
I'm not sure if it's a loose joint or normal movement during the healing process. I'm seeing a physical therapist for left foot and have been doing exercises on both feet so it's not like I'm leaving it on it's own.
I don't want to go there with the possibility of asking the doctor about my right ankle while he's only expecting to test my left foot.
Shouldn't a grade 1 sprain should have healed mostly by now? Should I include it in referral?
